Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your charter date.

The remaining balance (80%) is due 30 days prior to your charter.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Departure Location
-
Vessel departure is from Sardine Jetty, Fremantle.
Cancellations
-
Cancellations made within 7–30 days prior to departure will forfeit the 20% deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total charter cost.
Operator Cancellations

All charters are subject to the discretion of the skipper.

In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather, technical issues, or operational reasons, you will be offered a reschedule (subject to availability) or a full refund.

The skipper’s decision is final regarding safety, weather conditions, and passenger conduct.
Alcohol & Catering
-
Licensed bar available onboard.
-
BYO food and drinks permitted (beer, wine, champagne only - no spirits allowed).

Catering options by our in-house chef are available at an additional cost.
-
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) laws apply - service may be refused at the crew’s discretion.
Guest Conduct & Safety

Maximum of 40 guests permitted. All passengers must comply with crew instructions at all times.

Swimming, snorkelling, and the use of water equipment is at guests’ own risk.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

No smoking permitted onboard.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if required.
Additional Costs

Rottnest Island admission fee of $20.50 per person applies if guests disembark on the island.

Policy Changes

Ohana Charters reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and will apply to all bookings made thereafter.
